From November 2023 I have work as a third party claims handlers. Taking calls and assisting customers with the home emergency. I am the first port of contact when a customers needs help. I set up claims, answer the questions and appoint the much needed contractors.

I’m patient and empathetic and do everything I can to solve the issue and assist when needed.

I’m an enthusiastic and caring childhood educator with 4+ years of experience managing classrooms of 10–20 students and helping learners thrive with age- and aptitude-appropriate support. I create lesson plans using different learning styles, strengthen students’ skills and social abilities, and develop positive rapport so every child stays focused and engaged.

Since July 2020- July 2023 I’ve worked as a Primary school teacher at Haileybury International School China, preparing online and offline materials aligned to the UK and Australian curriculum, supporting exams for grades 1–8, and building a safe, fun environment for learning. Previously, as an EF China ESL Educator (Oct 2016–July 2020), I planned and delivered up to 30 teaching hours per week for ages 3–18, assessed performance with ongoing written and verbal guidance for both parents and students, and organized incentive centre programs like life-clubs. I also actively seek professional development and coach teachers to uphold strong teaching standards through trainings, workshops, feedback, and action plans.
