At LeMiCi, I owned the end-to-end design of the franchise listing page, including the Rate, Save, Share, and Enquiry flows. By reworking the experience, I reduced task completion steps by ~30% compared to my initial wireframes, and I collaborated directly with developers in weekly handoff sessions using annotated specs to minimize revision cycles. I also ran lightweight usability tests with 5 target users (first-time franchise seekers) to validate navigation and information hierarchy.

I’m currently leading problem definition for BESTIE, an AI Companion App, through secondary research, a competitive audit (Replika, Woebot, Character.ai), and synthesis of unmet needs around proactive emotional support. I’m documenting the full case study publicly as a design process series on LinkedIn, building my personal brand alongside the portfolio work.

On CalmFly, a Flight Booking UX project, I applied progressive disclosure to reduce visible form fields by 40% without removing any booking options. I bring a strong curiosity for self-learning and a practical approach to prototyping—pairing tools like Figma and Framer with AI-powered design tools to move from insight to usable interfaces.
