At Procore Technologies, I lead Cyber Fusion Center/SOC operations across distributed US and India teams. I operationalized an agentic AI SOC analyst for alert triage, severity assessment, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, root-cause context, and recommended response actions.

I integrated Elastic SIEM, Google SecOps/Chronicle, and Palo Alto Cortex XDR with LLM-based investigation workflows using Model Context Protocol. I also built live SOC dashboards to track alerts, incident aging, disposition trends, and operational metrics.

Previously, I directed and managed security operations at Teleperformance and Just Dial Limited, including vulnerability management, SIEM, and data protection. At Nokia, I delivered real-time threat management and security monitoring for global clients, developing and tuning detection use cases.
