At Signzy, I built the ITR data journey for lending, moving post-authorization polling into Temporal workflows and delivering data to lenders through RabbitMQ-backed webhooks. The platform handles 2.5K daily hits, and the change reduced user drop-offs.
I also architected Signzy’s GST report workflow on Temporal, coordinating GSP calls with retries across separate client pipelines. I improved legacy report API latency by addressing missing database indexes, reducing redundant calls, and streaming large responses.
For Signzy’s UAE KYC platform, I built a Web SDK and designed a Kafka pipeline for audit logs and journey metrics using the outbox pattern. I also built an internal ticketing platform and a Temporal digitization service for processing legacy records.
