I am a final-year Accounting and Finance student at the University of Zimbabwe and an FMVA candidate with hands-on experience in credit analysis, market research, and trade finance. I combine academic rigor with practical internships to drive data-informed investment decisions.

At Ecobank I conducted due diligence, credit screening, portfolio monitoring, and prepared investment memos that supported lending and restructuring recommendations. I also analyzed market segments, fintech adoption trends, and collaborated with business development to support client acquisition.

In a sales internship at a trade finance firm I generated qualified leads for instruments like LCs and SBLCs, gaining exposure to cross-border capital flows and transaction risk mitigation. My dissertation develops a quantitative-qualitative hybrid model for credit underwriting in Zimbabwean non-financial corporates.

I am passionate about becoming an investment analyst and progressing toward the CFA charter, leveraging strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytics skills to add measurable value to investment teams.
