What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AML, compliance and regulatory licensing work for a crypto or digital-asset business, building regulator-ready frameworks, strengthening financial-crime controls and working closely with regulators and boards.

I'm leading compliance workstreams for Pearl Digital Issuance Company's CBB Stablecoin Issuance & Offering licence, building a 174-requirement tracker across 18 workstreams, 49 policies and 28 third-party arrangements.

As Compliance Officer & MLRO for Waterfort Bahrain and previously at Binance, Fasset and Rain, I've built crypto AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/CDD, transaction-monitoring and on-chain surveillance frameworks. I've also secured and advanced multiple Bahrain crypto licence applications and served as the key contact for the FIU and CBB.

Earlier, I led information exchange at Bahrain's Financial Intelligence unit, coordinating with financial institutions, public prosecution and government entities. I bring hands-on experience investigating alerts, filing STRs, supporting TF/ML prosecutions, and representing Bahrain at FATF and Egmont.
