I am a valve technician with over 12 years of hands-on experience in mechanical valve maintenance, testing and field commissioning across petrochemical, refinery and offshore shutdown projects.
I have practical expertise in valve assembly, calibration, NDT Level II inspections (VT, MPI, PT, RT, UT), actuator overhauls, heat-exchanger retubing, compressor overhauls and operating pneumatic/hydraulic/PLC test benches. I work to API and ASME standards and handle factory acceptance testing and documentation.
I am safety-focused and effective in both workshop and site roles, capable of supervising small teams, managing materials and BOM/GAD verification, and improving valve reliability during commissioning and shutdown activities.
