I'm building practical data analysis skills through customer, sales, inventory, and operational reporting projects using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
In my Customer Retention & Banking Analysis project, I analyzed 100 customer records, segmented customers by activity status, examined transactions and acquisition channels, and created an interactive Power BI dashboard with KPI cards, charts, and slicers.
I also created a financial tracker for a tailoring business, organizing capital, revenue, operating expenses, inventory, savings, and personal expenses to monitor cash flow and business performance.
My work as a tailor, supervisor, administrator, and sales representative has strengthened my record keeping, inventory monitoring, sales reporting, customer communication, and ability to keep daily operations accurate and organized.
