At International SOS, I oversee accounting processes across the GCC region, delivering monthly and year-end closes, IFRS financial statements, intercompany reconciliations, and tax filings.
Previously at New Hope Poultry Egypt, I progressed from Accountant to General Accountant and Chief Accountant. I managed financial records, payroll, inventory costing, reconciliations, accruals, tax returns, and internal controls while leading and training the accounting team.
I've improved financial reporting efficiency, streamlined external audit processes, strengthened warehouse controls, and reduced tax filing errors. I work closely with internal and external auditors to resolve queries and maintain accurate, timely reporting.
I'm a CMA-certified accounting professional, fluent in Arabic and English, with ongoing CPA preparation.
