At Goldenflitch, I led UX for JSW UTP, bringing two paint businesses’ dealer platforms and pricing models into one system across web, Windows, and Android. I audited the legacy platforms and shaped a unified information architecture to simplify dealer tinting workflows.
For AlmaBetter, I led end-to-end UX design for five dashboard modules, structuring user flows and progress indicators. Post-launch session data showed an estimated 20% reduction in learner drop-off.
I’ve also designed an HR insurance portal that enabled key tasks with 30% fewer steps than the legacy system, and worked as the sole designer on Axon Energies’ EV charging platform. My work spans admin, fleet operator, and consumer experiences, including station discovery and charging-session flows.
