At Medtigo, I handle end-to-end drafting, review, and vetting of NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs for commercial and healthcare-related transactions. I also draft internal policies, advise on legal and regulatory compliance, and manage contract lifecycle processes through legal sign-off.

Previously at Inceptive and Business Savvy, I supported policy review, contract vetting, commercial compliance, legal-risk analysis, notices, CSR transaction documents, and client coordination. I used Perplexity and other AI tools for legal research, document analysis, and streamlined legal workflows while protecting sensitive information.

My earlier legal internships gave me exposure to property-document e-registration, real-estate due diligence, legal precedents, court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and legal documentation.

I'm building on my BBA LL.B. (Hons.) in Banking & Corporate Laws and training in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, intellectual property rights, and data privacy laws. I'm particularly interested in growing my expertise in mergers and acquisitions and strategic legal advisory.
