What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance formulary and clinical programs through evidence evaluation, cross-functional leadership, data-informed decision-making, and operational execution.

I've led clinical pharmacy services across five emergency departments and Level I-III trauma centers at UCHealth Northern Region, translating emerging evidence into protocols, formulary recommendations, order sets, education, and executive recommendations.

I improved adverse-effect and safety-event reporting by 300%, developed an antimicrobial reference to support preferred prescribing, and built a data-supported business case for expanded clinical pharmacy services and a new staffing model.

At Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, I provide evidence-based drug information and pharmacotherapy leadership for complex acute-care patients while using Epic, SlicerDicer, and Excel to investigate clinical and operational trends. I also precept PGY1 residents and develop education across multiple clinical specialties.
