Head of Frontend at Humo Bank, building banking products and introducing PBAC across admin panels.
TajikistanWhat I'm looking for
At Humo Bank, I built the Corporate Internet Banking frontend from scratch to production, including SWIFT transfer creation, multi-step approvals, and transaction controls with an audit trail. I also spoke with business clients and shipped UX improvements based on what I learned.
I introduced PBAC in the bank’s admin panels and built interfaces for overdraft and deposit management, with approval workflows that let product terms change without code changes. I also developed a shared UI Kit with Storybook, visual regression tests, and WCAG compliance.
As Head of Frontend, I’m responsible for the frontend of the bank’s products and code quality. I introduced code review and shared development standards, and cut new-engineer onboarding time by 40% through documentation and mentoring. Since August 2025, I’ve also been building a Go REST API for the mobile banking admin panel, with role-route-permission access aligned to frontend PBAC.
