Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Lead Work Ticket Distributor to oversee and optimize the distribution of work tickets across our teams. This role is critical in ensuring that tasks are allocated efficiently and effectively, enhancing operational productivity and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the optimal distribution of work tickets to maximize team efficiency and workload balance
- Analyze ticket patterns and workloads to make data-driven decisions on ticket prioritization and assignment
- Collaborate with team leads to understand capacity and adjust distribution strategies accordingly
- Monitor ticket resolution timelines and performance metrics, providing insights to improve processes
- Lead regular performance review meetings with teams to discuss ticket handling and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their distribution and ticket management skills
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, ticket distribution, or a related field
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and workflow management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
Preferred:
- Experience with ticket management systems and workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Leadership experience in a remote work environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Understanding of CRM systems and customer support workflows
