Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Assistant Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing operational strategies, driving process improvements, and ensuring the efficient execution of our business objectives. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of using data to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
