Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

- Basic understanding of travel technology and booking systems
Preferred:
- Experience using CRM software and online booking platforms
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and cultural awareness
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
