Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and expansion of our customer base within your assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with senior sales executives to learn best practices in sales strategies and account management, while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Support senior sales team members in identifying and qualifying potential customers within your territory
- Assist in developing and executing territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience in territory management or B2B sales is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
