Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Termite Treatment Supervisor to lead our pest control team in delivering high-quality termite treatment solutions. In this role, you will oversee treatment operations, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and provide exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of termite treatment teams, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement treatment protocols in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards
- Train and mentor team members on termite treatment techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, inventory management, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest pest control technologies and treatment methods to enhance service offerings
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in pest control, with a focus on termite treatment
- Valid pest control license and relevant certifications in termite treatment
- Strong knowledge of pest management principles, treatment techniques, and safety regulations
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Familiarity with integrated pest management (IPM) practices
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using pest control equipment and technology for termite treatments
- Ability to analyze inspection data and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Experience with software tools for scheduling, reporting, and customer relationship management
