Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor - Telephone Interviewing to lead our remote team of interviewers. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of telephone interviewing projects, ensuring high-quality data collection while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telephone interviewers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to project protocols and standards.
- Monitor interview quality through regular feedback and coaching, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop interviewing strategies that align with research objectives and timelines.
- Analyze and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share best practices, and cultivate a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection regulations throughout the interviewing process.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in telephone interviewing or survey research methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within market research or social research settings.
- Familiarity with data collection software and survey platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using survey software and data management tools.
- Experience with call center technologies and quality monitoring systems.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
