Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Surveillance Manager to lead our surveillance operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in surveillance management or a related field, with a proven track record in security operations
- Strong understanding of surveillance technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing surveillance policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Preferred:
- Experience in a regulatory environment, particularly within the financial services or critical infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance standards
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in surveillance software and hardware, including video management systems and analytics tools
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to enhance situational awareness
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles as they relate to surveillance systems
