Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Studio Model to spearhead our studio's creative initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of innovative modeling projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of artists and technicians, ensuring the production of high-quality models that align with our strategic vision and artistic standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the modeling team in the creation of high-quality 3D models, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and project managers to define project goals and deliverables, translating conceptual designs into detailed models.
- Oversee the entire modeling pipeline, from initial design through to final production, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in 3D modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, or ZBrush.
- Solid understanding of 3D modeling principles, texturing, and UV mapping.
- Experience leading teams and managing creative workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
