Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In this hybrid role, you will manage appointments, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of our spa facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the booking system to optimize spa treatments and services
- Provide clients with information about services, packages, and promotions offered at the spa
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues to enhance the customer experience
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with spa management software
- Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software or CRM systems
