Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Supervising Sound Editor to lead our audio post-production team in creating exceptional soundscapes for our diverse range of projects. Responsibilities
Leadership and Oversight:

Sound Design and Editing:
- Design and implement soundscapes that elevate the narrative and emotional impact of our projects, utilizing advanced editing techniques and sound manipulation tools.
- Supervise the mixing process, ensuring that dialogue, sound effects, and music are balanced and integrated effectively.
- Maintain high standards of audio quality throughout the post-production process, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise.
Quality Control and Review:
- Conduct thorough reviews of all audio deliverables, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
- Establish and uphold best practices for sound editing and post-production workflows, driving continuous improvement across the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding audio production and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sound editing and post-production, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse audio projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, or similar DAWs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of sound design principles, mixing techniques, and audio post-production workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on film, television, or interactive media projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with immersive audio formats and spatial sound design.
- Knowledge of current audio technologies and trends in the industry.
