Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance targets
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and merchandising principles
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and improve store performance
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS technology
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
