Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in search engine marketing with proven success in managing large-scale SEM campaigns.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms, with a strong understanding of SEM best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant growth in organic and paid search channels through data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and metrics to inform strategy.
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce or a similar high-traffic environment.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance campaign performance.
- Background in managing SEM budgets exceeding $500K annually.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency with SEM tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Keyword Planner, and Bing Ads.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
