Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a security or reception role, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Proficient in using security systems, access control software, and general office software
Preferred:
- Experience working in a corporate or high-security environment
- Certification in security management or related fields
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with visitor management systems and access control technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid
