Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Saucier to join our culinary team. This role is crucial in crafting exceptional sauces and gravies that elevate our culinary offerings. Responsibilities

- Conduct tastings and quality assessments to maintain the integrity and flavor consistency of sauces
- Research and incorporate seasonal ingredients and trends into sauce offerings
- Lead training sessions for kitchen staff on sauce preparation techniques and best practices
- Manage inventory and sourcing of sauce-related ingredients to ensure freshness and quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of culinary experience with a focus on sauce preparation in high-volume environments
