Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated First Officer to join our regional airline team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with air traffic control and ground personnel to ensure smooth flight operations and timely departures
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout the flight, making adjustments as necessary to maintain safety and efficiency
- Assist in training and mentoring junior pilots, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Participate in post-flight debriefings to review performance and identify areas for enhancement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Valid First Officer license with appropriate type rating for the aircraft operated by [$COMPANY_NAME]
- Minimum of 1,500 total flight hours, including at least 500 hours of multi-engine time
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Knowledge of aircraft performance calculations and weight and balance procedures
