Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Public Affairs to lead our advocacy efforts and enhance our organizational reputation. Responsibilities

- Oversee the creation of key messaging, positioning, and narrative development to effectively convey our organizational priorities.

- Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments impacting our organization, providing timely insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage a team of public affairs professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, representing our interests at public events and media engagements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful advocacy strategies.
- Strong understanding of public policy processes and the ability to navigate complex political environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience working within a nonprofit, governmental, or corporate environment.
- Established network of relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers and community leaders.
- Advanced degree in public policy, political science, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
