Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Photography Manager to lead our in-house photography team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional photography experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and projects
- Proven experience managing a creative team and leading projects from concept to completion
- Exceptional knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and post-production software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with video production and editing
- Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in DSLR and mirrorless camera systems
- Expertise in lighting techniques and studio setups
- Strong skills in photo editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Understanding of digital asset management systems
