Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal Pianist to join our esteemed organization, where you will take the lead in interpreting and executing complex compositions while mentoring fellow musicians. Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a professional pianist, with a minimum of 7 years performing in solo and ensemble settings
- Proven track record of interpreting classical and contemporary compositions with precision and emotional depth
- Strong understanding of music theory, composition, and performance practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead rehearsals and manage ensemble dynamics effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Music Performance or Composition
- Experience with various musical genres, including jazz, contemporary, and world music
- Proficiency in additional instruments or conducting is a plus
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an artistic organization
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Exceptional proficiency in piano performance, with a focus on both technique and artistry
