Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing outreach strategies that align with our mission to create meaningful connections with our community and stakeholders. Your contributions will help enhance our brand visibility and foster positive relationships with various audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of outreach initiatives, campaigns, and events aimed at engaging our target audiences
- Assist in creating compelling content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels to promote outreach activities
- Conduct research to identify potential partners, stakeholders, and community organizations to collaborate with
- Track and analyze outreach metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements
- Help organize and participate in outreach events, including workshops, seminars, and community gatherings
- Maintain and update outreach databases and contact lists to ensure accurate and timely communication
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Passion for community engagement and building relationships
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
