Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Otolaryngology.
- 10+ years of clinical experience in otolaryngology, with a proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of current trends and advancements in the field of otolaryngology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in academic medicine or a leadership role within a healthcare organization.

- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of otolaryngology.
