Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in organizational research or consulting, with a proven track record of driving impactful organizational change.
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership to align organizational goals with research outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar).
- Proficiency in designing and implementing employee surveys and assessment tools.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced knowledge of research design, data collection, and analysis techniques.
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with survey design and analysis platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
