Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our operations team in managing a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiencies and facilitating communication across departments while working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks and ensure seamless workflow across various departments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Support the team in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Collaborate with team members to gather, analyze, and present operational data and metrics to improve processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries and facilitate effective communication across remote teams.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
- Comfort with data entry and basic data analysis tools.
