We are looking for a highly skilled Lead New Accounts Banking Representative to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in driving new account acquisition and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of new accounts representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding process and improve overall customer experience.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including KYC and AML regulations, while providing exceptional customer service.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
