Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the designated region. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in sales management to drive revenue growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and establish strong relationships with key clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with the overall company goals and objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to maximize revenue potential
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and enhance competitive positioning
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a regional role within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
