Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) and front office technology
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus
