Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Photography Manager to lead our team of photographers in creating precise and impactful medical imagery. This role is crucial in ensuring that our visual documentation aligns with the highest standards of clinical accuracy and artistic presentation, while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical photography department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement protocols for medical photography that align with clinical guidelines and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their imaging needs and provide tailored photographic solutions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical photography or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in photographic techniques, lighting, and post-production editing.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures relevant to photography.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred:
- Advanced certifications in medical imaging or photography.
- Experience with video production and editing in a medical context.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards related to medical imaging.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and other relevant editing software.
- Experience with digital cameras and imaging equipment used in medical settings.
- Knowledge of digital asset management systems and photographic workflow software.
