Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to lead our remote spa team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa management, from team leadership and staff training to service development and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to treatment completion.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate spa services and programs that align with the company's wellness philosophy.
- Recruit, train, and mentor spa staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing ongoing feedback and support for professional development.
- Drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are stocked appropriately.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in spa management or a related field.
