Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., automotive, electronics, consumer goods) will be highly regarded
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar quality management systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in manufacturing software systems (e.g., ERP, MES)
