Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a professional services or consulting environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial planning
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in a partnership or cooperative business model
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in financial management software and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
