Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Administration Manager to oversee and enhance our loan servicing operations. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing the entire loan lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing processes to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of loan administration professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end loan servicing process, including onboarding, payments, modifications, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies, to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline loan administration processes and improve customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as underwriting and compliance, to ensure seamless loan management.
- Analyze performance metrics and reporting to identify trends, areas for improvement, and operational efficiencies.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in loan administration or related field, with a focus on servicing operations.
- Strong understanding of loan products, servicing standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with loan servicing software and systems integration.
- Knowledge of credit risk management and financial regulations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with loan servicing platforms and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
