Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced IRS Division Manager to lead and oversee our tax compliance initiatives. Responsibilities

- Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tax strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, translating complex information into actionable insights for the organization.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in tax compliance or management, with a focus on IRS regulations.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing tax strategies that drive operational success.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Taxation or MBA.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience in a leadership role within a large organization.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in tax compliance software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to enhance reporting and compliance processes.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
