Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Principal Interior Designer to lead our design initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality execution of designs
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience managing projects and leading design teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for client presentations and team collaboration
Preferred:
- Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) or membership in relevant professional organizations
- Experience with sustainable design practices and knowledge of green building standards
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in space planning, color theory, and materials selection
- Proficient in creating detailed design documentation and specifications
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software for design visualization
