Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving ambitious growth targets. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and driving performance to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction across our insurance offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the insurance sector
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and team performance
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing offerings
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to assess team effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and sales techniques
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
- Industry certifications such as Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or similar credentials
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
- Experience with data analysis tools to track sales performance and customer insights
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation
