Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations with a focus on forklift supervision.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in forklift operation and ability to train others.
Preferred:
- Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data for decision-making.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment.
