Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Critical Care Nursing to lead our dedicated team in providing exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols to enhance patient care within the critical care unit

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure and certification in critical care nursing (CCRN)
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in critical care settings

Preferred:
- Doctorate in Nursing or healthcare-related field
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics for performance improvement
- Active involvement in professional nursing organizations and advocacy for nursing practice
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
