Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Lift Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic lift systems. In this role, you will ensure that our lift operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of hydraulic lift systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations
- Lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic lifts
- Conduct regular inspections of hydraulic systems, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely completion of lift-related projects
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance system reliability
- Maintain accurate records of lift operations, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation
- Provide technical training and support to team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in hydraulic lift operations, maintenance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components, including troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of technicians
- Valid certification in hydraulic lift operation and safety standards
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced hydraulic technologies and automated lift systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in hydraulic system diagnostics and repair
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hydraulic lifts
