Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Hotel Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while optimizing operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will drive the success of our properties, ensuring a seamless blend of hospitality, service excellence, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence and teamwork
- Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize financial performance through effective cost control measures
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hotel management or operations
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury or boutique hotel settings
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in hotel management software and tools (e.g., Opera, Maestro)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and distribution channels
- Experience with data analysis tools to track key performance indicators
